A neutral party to deliver mail, goods and information to clients

Before the outbreak, information was everywhere. Phones, Computers and even the occasional letter. People could keep in touch over vast distances and regardless of time. Today, everyone is isolated in whatever safe haven they carved for themselves out of the ruins.

But not anymore.

Sent from deep within the German safe territory the Postmen and women emerged to re-establish communications with settlements all over the country. Forging new paths and opening up old ones to transport letters and goods where they are needed. Because of their neutral stance, they are frequently used as mediators in disputes between local communities.

After discovering the communities in Chernarus, HQ decided to send a detachment of their finest Runners to open up a new branch office. This first Outpost should form the base for what will be the NCPS, the New Chernarus Postal Service.

Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds.
